About BW Sports Therapy

BW Sports Therapy aims to help individuals with their injury diagnosis, treatment and return to activity. Whether you are a recreational, amateur or professional athlete, or maybe you don’t even play sport, BW Sports Therapy will provide exceptional patient service and care to ensure you are being listened to, treated and back to doing what you do best!

Sports Therapy is an evidence based practice, meaning any treatments that are carried out are supported with scientific evidence of reducing pain, increasing movement, strengthening structures or reducing stiffness. BW Sports therapy utilises a variety of manual therapy treatment techniques to suit each individual in order to optimise recovery and improve performance.

The main clinic based in Battle, East Sussex, offers a professional clinical room with access to a small gym for diagnostic and rehabilitation needs. Assessments and treatments are also available at the clinic based in Ashford, Kent.

BW Sports Therapy was set up and is run by Bethany Williams, a graduate of the University of Chichester in Sports Therapy. Bethany has both clinical and pitch-side experience, having treated athletes of all abilities who participate in a variety of different sports.
